Subscription & Billing Terms

Effective Date: June 2026

These Subscription & Billing Terms govern paid subscriptions, billing behavior, vault plan management, and related payment services for IDVault operated by MyIDVault LLC.

1. Subscription Plans

IDVault offers multiple subscription plans with different storage capacities, document limits, sharing capabilities, and vault member limits.

Available plans, pricing, and included features may change over time.

2. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.

Billing cycles may be monthly or annual depending on the plan selected during checkout.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

IDVault does not directly store full payment card details.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, subscription access, features, storage capacity, or vault functionality may be restricted until payment issues are resolved.

5. Downgrades & Shared Vault Changes

Certain subscription plans support shared vaults with invited members.

If a vault owner downgrades or removes members from a shared vault, affected users may temporarily receive a grace period before reverting to another plan tier.

Vault owners remain responsible for managing shared access and membership permissions.

6. Grace Periods

In some situations, users may temporarily retain access to certain features or storage limits during a limited grace period.

If no new subscription choice is made before the grace period ends, the account may automatically revert to a lower-tier plan.

7. Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of MyIDVault LLC.

8. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be added to subscription charges depending on your jurisdiction and local tax requirements.

9. Subscription Changes

Users may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel eligible subscriptions through available account management tools.

Certain plan changes may immediately affect vault limits, member capacity, or available features.

10. Billing Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact IDVault support promptly before initiating disputes or chargebacks whenever possible.

11. Changes to Billing Terms

We may update these Subscription & Billing Terms periodically. Continued use of paid services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
